Last February we passed, once again, the annual monitoring audit of our Environmental Management System ISO 14001 by AENOR.

The following conclusions are shown in the report:

Strengths:

The management committee’s commitment and the work carried out by the people responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the system.
The record of each operation carried out in the internal review of the BIEs and the hydrant, as well as the internal codification of the BIEs


Proposals for improvement:

To consider the voluntary incorporation of requirements from the Regulation (CE) Nº 1221/2009 EMAS III (e.g. calculation of basic indicators,…)

It is a mature system, correctly introduced and maintained, which responds to the requirements of the Regulation  (UNE-EM ISO 14001:2004) and which is positively developing with time.

The organization uses the internal audits as a way of self-checking and takes decisions and approves actions directed at improving the system and environmental behaviour based on the information gathered in the revision of the system.

We have two minor non-compliances.
